What food or drink that can make we don't get stress??

i'm stress now.....What food or drink that can make we don't get stress??
Try Chamomille tea or add some St. John's Wort to a sweet tea.
MARIJUANA
Eat a banana ..it has potassium ..good for you at bedtime good luck
Water,milk and fruit juice.

You should drink a big glass of chamomile tea. That's help. Makes you relaxed.. Really!
chocolate... but the most important thing is, you must keep in mind that you are not so stressed and remember that every problem got a solution... do something that you like.. it can help .. good luck..
