what does a bee sting feel like. Does it feel like a shot at the doctors? Does it feel like slamming your finger on a door? What is the closest thing to a bee/wasp sting.What is the closest feeling to a bee sting?
Its hard to describe. Its not that bad. Its more of the shock that hurts. It kind of feels like all the nerves around the spot stand up and the spot that has the sing will feel almost burnt, and very itchy.
It does not feel like a shot at the doctors at all.

It's like a sudden, sharp burning sensation in one tiny area. It doesn't hurt as much as a shot and certainly not as much as slamming your finger in a door (!), it's the surprise that gets you. The burn can last a few minutes and sometimes it'll be uncomfortable until you pull the stinger out. I've been stung by yellow jackets and hornets but not by a wasp. It's annoying and uncomfortable but not extremely painful. Someone pinching you sharply where your skin is thin is probably most like it.

Like a Red Ant bite, but worse. Raw onion placed on the sting is the best remedy for pain and swelling, believe it or not. If an allergic reaction, take Benedryl and go to emergency room.
