What does this mean?

My throat is kind of swollen but no bumps. But, it seems like i have a very little space between my tonisels. It feels like there is a ball in my throat. It's very hard to swallow. But, it doesn't hurt. What does it mean?!?What does this mean?
Show it to your doctor. He should be the one to diagnose the problem.
Generally the swollenness of the cervicle lymph nodes or glands is a sign that they are working and doing their job.
They are probably fighting some kind of infection that you have from something you ate or breathed or are eating or breathing, look around for a source and remove it if possible, a doctor may be able to help you to identify the infectious material or pathogen which can help you to locate and potentially neutralize or remove the source of the contamination.
